Terms:

In order to qualify checking account must be opened by 6/30/2008 and is
available to new Webster Small Business checking account customers only. Offer
is valid only in CT, MA, NY and RI. For small business accounts, new Small
Business Checking account customers will automatically be enrolled into the
Visa Extras program when they sign up for a Webster Check Card and will receive
10,000 Visa Extras points for completing each of these activities by 8/30/08: 3
transactions using their Webster Visa® Check Card and 3 bill payments through
Webster Online Bill Pay to third parties. If both activities are performed by
8/30/08, 50,000 Visa Extras points in total will be applied to your account. All
points will be credited to customers with accounts in good standing by 9/30/08.

include a purchase made using a Personal Identification Number (PIN) or
purchase you initiate through identification technology that substitutes for a
