Eligibility: Existing Compass customers can receive a voucher for a $25 card that can be used to purchase gasoline at any station that accepts Visa debit cards when they refer a new client to Compass Bank. To be eligible, the new client must have no prior relationship with Compass Bank and must open a personal checking account between August 1, 2006 and December 31, 2006 and notify Compass online at www.compassweb.com/go/referred no later than March 1, 2007. $25 minimum opening deposit required. Accounts subject to approval. Cannot be combined with any other special offer and does not apply to existing accounts. Not open to employees of Compass Bank or any of its affiliate or subsidiary companies as either referring or new clients. We reserve the right to declare any referral invalid.

Instructions: We will send your friend information about this promotion, how to open an account, and instructions to return online to confirm the account has been opened. Within four weeks after online verification of new account opening, the referring client will receive an Internet link to a registration form (voucher). This form must be completed and mailed to Mpell Solutions, Inc. to receive a gasoline gift card for you. Your friend will receive similar instructions. Gas card must be used within one year and expires 12 months after it is issued. Receipt of voucher or card does not entitle recipient to any cash payment. By claiming the gift, you acknowledge that Compass Bank may report its value to the IRS if required by law.
