1 A $10.00 minimum balance is required to open this account. Enrollment in a Student Relationship Package under the terms of a CSB Plus, Gold or Platinum Package is also required. If the account is inactive for a period of six months, a $3.00 monthly inactivity fee will be charged. There is no monthly fee for the first five years from the account opening date. After five years, the account will revert to a non-Student CSB Relationship Package according to the CSB Plus, Gold or Platinum Package you are enrolled in, and a monthly maintenance fee will be charged if the average monthly balance falls below the required minimum for the enrolled package.
