accounts must be opened and funded by 10/31, a rep told me you can withdraw the $25k sometimes after and still earn the 20k additional points, although i would keep $6k to meet the minimum balance of the checking account (or having $6k balance in linked accounts) to not be charged account fee which will go up to $20 in NOVEMBER
