STEP 1: Registration- You may register and redeem your gift certificate either on-line or by mail:
ONLINE: FreeGasAward.com

To expedite the Gas Redemption Process, go to FreeGasAward.com, select the Registration Page, and follow the Gas Redemption Activation Instructions. Once you have completed the on-line registration, you will be able to print your vouchers on-line (saving you up to 6 weeks of waiting). Then proceed directly to Step 2.
BY MAIL: (certified mail recommended, but not required)

1. Complete all the required information on the Free Gas Redemption Certificate (see Flagstar Representative for certificate if completing by mail).

2. Mail completed redemption certificate to: Free Gas, 14100 Walsingham Rd., Suite 36, Largo, Florida 33774
All information requested on the Free Gas Redemption Certificate is required. If the handwriting on the certificate is illegible or if any of the required items are not provided, your application will be delayed until further confirmation is completed. You will receive your monthly redemption vouchers within six weeks of processing your registration. (Or you may go on-line and print them immediately)


STEP 2: Monthly Redemption- To redeem your vouchers, you must make a minimum monthly purchase of $100.00 in gasoline (at the gas station brand you have preselected).

1. Each month, mail your original receipts (not photocopies, or receipts collected on the same day) with your
redemption voucher to: Free Gas, 14100 Walsingham Rd., Suite 36, Largo, Florida 33774. Fraudulent receipts are void for redemption and you will receive an email stating why your receipts are being refused.

2. Upon receiving your monthly redemption voucher and valid gas receipts, we will mail you a $25 gift card, which can be used at any gas station location of the same brand you preselected. Continue to mail your receipts and monthly redemption tickets until the value on your certificate has been reached.

IMPORTANT NOTE: Your receipts and redemption voucher must be received monthly in order to receive your $25 gas gift card. You may only redeem one voucher per month. Redemption vouchers and valid original receipts that are not received by the 25th of the month printed on the voucher will be processed in the following month, and you will not receive your gas card until the first week of the 3rd month.

EXAMPLE A: If we receive your January voucher and receipts before the 25th of January, your voucher will be
processed on the 25th of January, and you will receive your gas card the 15th of February.

EXAMPLE B: If we receive your January voucher and receipts after the 25th of January, your voucher will be
processed on the 25th of February, and you will receive your gas card the 15th of March.

ADDITIONAL DISCLOSURES- Limit one voucher per household. All requested information must be provided in
order to receive full redemption value of your voucher. All duplicate gas vouchers will be refused. We reserve the right to substitute any gas card with a similar item that is deemed to be of the same value at the sole discretion of our
company.
