Offer good for a new PNC Bank checking customer who opens a new PNC WorkPlace Banking checking account with direct deposit between 4/1/08 and 6/30/08. Direct Deposit must be received by
8/31/08. Offer restricted to one $75 credit per household and only available to households who have no consumer checking account at PNC Bank. The $75 will be credited to the account within the
first full statement cycle after the direct deposit has been received. A qualified Direct Deposit is defined as a recurring Direct Deposit of a paycheck, pension, Social Security or other regular monthly
income electronically deposited into a WorkPlace Banking Checking account each statement cycle. The minimum amount of any single Direct Deposits must be at least $300. The Direct Deposits
