First Use Bonus Points: First Use bonus points are awarded after the first purchase made with the account. For Company-level Points accumulation, the 10,000 Points will be awarded to the Company Account and will appear on the Company statement one billing cycle after the purchase has posted. For Cardholderlevel Points accumulation, no First Use Bonus Points will be awarded. Only one award of First Use Bonus Points will be made per Company. Re-issued accounts do not qualify for First Use Bonus Points. Anniversary Bonus Points: You will accrue 10,000 Anniversary Bonus Points annually. The Points will be applied to the company account each year upon renewal provided the account remains open and in good standing as described in your Business Charge Card Agreement.


WORLDPOINTS . You earn 1 Point per dollar (""base points"") of Net Purchases (as defined in the Program Rules). Points have no cash value except as described in connection with cash rewards.
