Terms of the 10000 point card usage bonus from the bank website (as of 1/23/06):

Purchases must be made within one calendar year - January 1 to December 31. $15,000 or more in purchases on the Nest Card must be completed within this time period to receive the bonus. For the first year of Cardmembership, the spend evaluation period may be less than twelve months.
