To be eligible for the one-time statement credit, between 6/19/11 to 7/31/11 you must (1) download and activate inSite, (2) register an eligible U.S. American Express® Consumer Card or Business Card from American Express OPEN, and (3) use the registered Card to make a purchase of at least $10 at one of the participating online merchants. Participating merchants include BarnesandNoble.com, CrateandBarrel.com, jcp.com, macys.com, and Zappos.com . Those who installed inSite prior to 6/19/11 are not eligible. You may only register one Card for this offer. Prepaid and corporate cards are not eligible. If your registered Card is replaced, you must re-enroll the replacement Card prior to making the purchase to get the statement credit. Registration is limited to 45,000 enrollees.
