1. 5,000 bonus points credited within 8-10 weeks of first purchase. Purchase must be made within one year from the time of Card account opening. Bonus ID-6562

2. Charge eligible purchases totaling $5,000 or more each year as described below and receive a $500 off certificate that the basic Cardmember may apply towards the purchase price or lease down payment of a new Mercedes-Benz vehicle at an authorized Mercedes-Benz dealership. This offer is not valid for the Mercedes-Benz SLS Roadster or SLS Coupe and may not be used towards the purchase price or lease down payment of a Certified Pre-Owned Mercedes-Benz vehicle. The $5,000 purchase threshold resets to $0 each year on the anniversary of the date your Card account was opened. Eligible purchases are purchases of goods or services minus returns and credits, and do NOT include: fees, interest charges, balance transfers, cash advances, purchases of traveler's checks, purchases or reloading of prepaid cards, or purchases of cash equivalents. This certificate is valid for the Cardmember or members of the basic Cardmember's immediate family residing at the same address listed on the certificate ("eligible family member"). Except as stated in the preceding sentence, this offer may not be transferred. Limit one certificate per new vehicle purchase or lease. The basic Cardmember or eligible family member must present this certificate to an authorized Mercedes-Benz dealer along with proof of identification. Cardmember or eligible family member must purchase or lease a new Mercedes-Benz vehicle by the expiration date on the certificate to receive the discount. Certificates expire within one (1) year from date of issue. This offer cannot be combined with the European Delivery Program, Fleet Programs or any other Mercedes-Benz Certificate or Rebate programs. It will typically take from 6-8 weeks after you reach $5,000 or more in eligible purchases each year to receive your certificate from Mercedes-Benz Financial Services. If the Cardmember or eligible family member is leasing or financing the new vehicle, they must apply and qualify for credit. Cardmember or eligible family member is responsible for any applicable taxes. This offer is not valid on previous purchases. This certificate has no cash value. Void where prohibited by law. 3. If customer is a Mercedes-Benz Credit Card from American Express (the "Card") Cardmember in good standing, customer is eligible to receive a waiver of up to 1,000 excess miles on the Cardmember's lease at the time of lease termination. Vehicle must be leased through Mercedes-Benz Financial Services in the name of the Cardmember who is requesting the waiver. At lease termination the Cardmember must be a Cardmember in good standing in order to use this excess mileage waiver. Excess mileage waiver cannot exceed 1,000 miles per lease contract. Limited to one excess mileage waiver per year. Cardmember cannot accumulate or roll-over any unused excess mileage waivers. Waivers are not transferable. Offer does not apply to leases of Certified Pre-Owned Mercedes-Benz vehicles.


4. Following your first eligible purchase on the Card you will receive a $50 certificate to be applied to purchases of Genuine Mercedes-Benz Accessories. Cardmembers will receive additional certificates each year on the anniversary of the date your Card account was opened, provided your Card account is in good standing. Limited to one $50 certificate per Card account per calendar year. The $50 certificate is valid for purchases of Genuine Mercedes-Benz Accessories made at participating authorized Mercedes-Benz dealerships. It will typically take from 6-8 weeks to receive your certificate from Mercedes-Benz Financial Services. Certificates must be used in person at a participating Mercedes-Benz dealership and may not be used for purchases or leases of automobiles or purchases of parts and service. Excludes any purchases made via the Web site. Certificates expire one (1) year from date of issue, may not be combined and have no cash value.
