Midwest Airlines World MasterCard with annual fee Cardmembers will earn 12,500 Bonus miles when the Account is used during the first 90 days for purchases that total $250 or greater that are not later returned, disputed, or rescinded. An additional 12,500 Bonus miles will be awarded when the Account is used during the first 90 days for purchases that total $750 or greater that are not later returned, disputed, or rescinded. Barclays will request that bonus credits be sent at the close of a Cardmember's billing statement after a qualifying purchase(s) has posted. Bonus miles are contingent upon payment of the applicable Annual Fee. Midwest Airlines MasterCard Cardmembers with no annual fee will earn 5,000 Bonus miles when the Account is used during the first 90 days for purchases that total $250 or greater that are not later returned, disputed, or rescinded. Barclays will request that bonus credits be sent at the close of a Cardmember's billing statement after a qualifying purchase(s) has posted. Balance Transfer Checks do not qualify for Bonus miles. Balance Transfer Miles: Earn one mile per $1 in balances that post to your Midwest Airlines MasterCard in the first 30 days after the new account is opened, up to a maximum of 10,000 miles. There is a fee for Balance Transfers.
