Note: You can exchange 25000 Bonus Miles for a "free" ticket for US Airways (see details here). The ticket is not not really free because of the card $79 annual fee. Bonus Miles will be awarded at the close of the first billing statement in which you have made your first purchase or balance transfer and have paid the annual fee (if applicable) (and such fee is not rescinded) and will then be credited to your US Airways Dividend Miles Account. Convenience Checks do not qualify for bonus miles. Premier World MasterCard cardmembers will receive 25,000 bonus miles. World MasterCard cardmembers will receive 10,000 bonus miles. Balance Transfer Bonus Miles: Earn one mile per $1 in balances transferred to your US Airways Dividend Miles MasterCard requested in the first 30 days after you open your account, up to a maximum of 10,000 miles.
