Terms:

Qualified referee must open a Bank at Work checking, Checking with Interest, Free Checking, Liberty Classic® or Liberty Advantage® Checking, Quest™ or UltraQuest® account in a First Citizens branch. Referred individual must present a completed referral form at the time the account is opened. Account subject to standard opening balance requirements and account opening approvals. Minimum opening balance requirements are $50 for Free Checking, $100 for Checking with Interest, Liberty Classic, Liberty Advantage, Quest and UltraQuest, and $0 for Bank at Work. Checking with Interest, Quest and Bank at Work checking earns 0.05% Annual Percentage Yield (APY) on all balances greater than zero. UltraQuest earns 0.05% APY between $0 and $49,999 and 0.06% APY on balances greater than $50,000. Rates are accurate as of 11/01/10 and are subject to change without notice. Actual APY may vary according to state, account and balance in the account. The account must remain open and in good standing for 30 days to qualify toward cash bonus. Savings accounts and Business accounts are excluded from this program.

Referer will earn a $25 cash bonus for each qualified referral up to five referrals (max of $125) within a calendar year.
Referee will earn a $25 cash bonus for opening a qualified referral account. Offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other ongoing offers.
The Bank will credit each cash bonus to referer's/referee's primary First Citizens checking account within twelve weeks of account opening.
