Terms:

1. Register for the Send-a-Friend program online.
2. Provide your contact information and valid email addresses for a friend or family member.
3. Your friend will receive an email notification containing registration instructions and requirements of the program.
4. Once your friend has opened a new checking account and completed two direct deposit transactions of at least $100 each, you and your friend will receive certificates valid for a $50 Visa Gift Card.


This offer through our Send-a-Friend program is available to new customers who currently don't have a personal checking account at First Community Bank. Non US residents and individuals under 18 years of age are not eligible. To qualify, you must follow all steps exactly as described in offer and meet all terms and conditions. All registrations must match name and address provided to First Community Bank at the time of account opening. Referred customer must make two direct deposit transactions of at least $100 each within 60 days of account opening for either party to receive the gift. Returned/invalid email addresses and non-deliverable addresses are not the responsibility of First Community Bank or its third party vendors. Offer may be discontinued at anytime. Please allow up to 4-6 weeks for receipt of your gift after completing program requirements. Gift recipients acknowledge that the value of the gift will be reported to the IRS, state, or local tax authorities if required by applicable law, and the recipient is responsible for any federal, state, or local taxes on this bonus item.

Referring party must be an existing customer of the participating bank and maintain an account in good standing at that bank until the referring party completes all Send-a-Friend program requirements. Closing an account prior to that will result in disqualifi cation. All referral account openings must be made within 120 days of the referring party's registration. Accounts opened after this time may result in disqualifi cation. This program may be modifi ed or cancelled at any time without notice to either party.
