Terms:

1. Complete the registration form provided and click submit. Note: all fields of your registration must be complete for your information to be accepted.

2. Provide your contact information and valid email addresses for a friend or family member.

3. Your friends will receive email notifications containing registration instructions and requirements of the program.

4. Once your friend has opened a new checking account and completed all program requirements, you will both receive certificates valid for a $50 Visa® Gift Card.

Personal Checking: Two direct deposit transactions of at least $100 each within 60 days of account opening

Business Checking: One Business Check Card purchase and one online BillPay of at least $100 within 45 days of account opening

Referring party must be an existing customer of the participating bank and maintain an account in good standing at that bank until the referred party completes all Refer-a-Friend program requirements. Closing an account prior to that will result in disqualification. All referral account openings must be made within 90 days of the referring party’s registration. Accounts opened after this time may result in disqualification. Returned/invalid email addresses and non-deliverable addresses are not the responsibility of GreenBank or its third party vendors. All bank rules and regulations apply. This program may be modified or cancelled at any time without notice to either party.

This offer through our Refer-a-Friend program is available to referred parties who currently don’t have a checking account at GreenBank. Non US residents and individuals under 18 years of age are not eligible. To qualify, you must follow all steps exactly as described in offer and meet all terms and conditions. All registrations must match name and address provided to GreenBank at the time of account opening. Referred customer must complete all program requirements for either party to receive the gift.

Upon qualification, you will receive a redemption certificate valid for a $50 Visa® Gift Card. Remit the certificate to Awards Headquarters - 7804 Fairview Rd., PMB #285 Charlotte, NC 28226-4998 within 30 days of receipt. Please retain a copy for your records. Please allow up to 4-6 weeks for receipt of your gift after completing program requirements.
