Terms:


1. Register your personal information using the form provided

2. Provide the name(s) and email address(es) of the friend(s) you are referring

3. Your friend(s) will receive an email with a registration link and instructions to open a new Paragon FCU Share Draft (checking) account and complete two direct deposits of at least $150 within 60 days of account opening

4. Once your friend has completed all program requirements, you will both receive certificates valid for your gift card



TERMS AND CONDITIONS
This offer through the Refer-a-Friend program is available to members in good standing at sponsoring credit union. Non US residents and individuals under 18 years of age are not eligible. To qualify, you must follow all steps exactly as described in offer and meet all terms and conditions. Referred Member Registration must match name and address provided at time of account opening. Referred member must complete all program requirements exactly as described with the offer for either party to receive the gift. Offer may be discontinued at anytime. Closing an account prior to that will result in disqualification from the Refer-a-Friend program. All new member account openings must be made within 90 days of the referring party's registration. Accounts opened after this time may result in disqualification. Accounts must remain open for at least six months. Credit Union and third party vendor both reserve the right to modify or cancel the program at any time without notice to either party. By participating in this promotion, you agree that upon qualification for your gift, your name and address will be provided to our fulfillment partner who will be sending you the gift. Paragon FCU employees are not eligible to participate in this Refer-a-Friend program. Must be eligible for membership with Paragon Federal Credit Union. Membership requires a $25 Share account. TO QUALIFY FOR THE OFFER
Referring party must be an existing member of the participating credit union and maintain an account in good standing at that credit union until the referred party completes all program qualifications. Referred member must open a new Paragon FCU Share Draft (checking) account and complete two direct deposits of at least $150 each within 60 days of account opening. After the new member has completed these requirements, both the new member and the existing member will receive certifi cates valid for one gift card. Redemption certificates must be redeemed within 30 days of receipt. Please allow up to 4-6 weeks for receipt of your gift after completing all program requirements. Gift cards can not be redeemed for cash, and are valid at any location where Visa is accepted. Visa is not a participant or sponsor of this program.
